How do you fix Blerk Error 1 in AOL Mail?

 It seems quite annoying when there are tasks lined up in your schedule and you need to send urgent emails but your AOL mail betrays you. 

Oftentimes, there are such situations when you go on to log in to your account you end up getting frustrated because you can’t access your mailbox. This problem is most common with users trying to do AOL mail login.

What is Blerk Error 1 in AOL Mail?

Solution 1- Change the browser settings in Microsoft Edge

Solution 2- Update the Bookmarks in Internet Explorer

In case your Internet Explorer saves outdated bookmarks, there are more chances of coming across this error. Here is how you can update them:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer on your device and go to the ‘Tools’ section.
  2. Then, click on the ‘Security’ tab and select ‘Internet zone’. 
  3. Enable the ‘Protection mode’ by clicking on the necessary option. 
  4. Additionally, you need to add AOL mail to the list of trusted websites.

In Mozilla Firefox use AOL mail in the Safe Mode

To turn on the Safe Mode, you need to go to the Help section of AOL Mail and then select the option to use Firefox with the add-ons disabled. Else, choose the option to start the browser in the safe mode. 

In Google Chrome delete the browsing history

Deleting the browsing history in Google Chrome will help in getting rid of the blerk error 1. Apart from this, you can also try to delete cookies and saved bookmarks from the Privacy and Security settings.
